Polenta: corn maize cooked in a traditional way, salted boiling water and stir for an hour. Suitable for vegans.
Frico: fusion of Montasio P.D.O. cheese with potatoes and onion. Suitable for vegeterian. Great Taste Start winner 2015.
Salami: cooked with balsamic vinegar and red onion.
These are all real traditional dishes.
I also offer ice-cream scoops made by polenta topped with sauces as vegetables for vegan, cream of Montasio P.D.O. cheese or sausages. Check this review of my vegetables sauce.
