London's Brixton Market is a great place to look for world goods; tropical foods, fabrics and the famous cafes too. Our artist's map will help you find your way around.

Check the Info page for opening hours and how to get here.

Brixton Station Road, SW9

Brixton's best street is the place for food on the go for around a fiver. It's a wide pedestrianised road near the tube, here, dotted with cafes and music sellers, with traders selling Carribean and North African street food. Best seen on a Saturday, and on Fridays when we hold our Brixton Friday Market with food, Retro, and more.

Brixton Station Road Saturday Markets

Every Saturday! Next up are ...

  • Brix Mix, 25th May, a medley of everything Brixton has to offer, featuring food and fashion.
  • June 1st: Bakers and Flea Market, a carboot sale, minus the cars, and with added cake and other food stalls!
  • Brixton Makers' Market, 8th June, all sorts of crafts ~ hand made home furnishings, dresses, menswear, jewellery and collectable goods.
  • Brixton Retro & Vintage Market, 15th June, this favourite for vintage lovers sees an eclectic mix of home furnishings, dresses, menswear, jewellery and collectable goods
